On Saturday, we all went to London. Some of us went on a sightseeing tour, including a boat ride along the River Thames and a walking tour to look at famous landmarks including Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. Finally, we had a little free time to go shopping. Those of us who went on the last London trip went to the London Science Museum and Covent Garden to look around and have some free time to explore, shop or sight-see.
On Sunday, we all went on a theme park trip. One group of students went to Alton Towers. We spent the day going on as many rides as we could, having fun and getting wet on the water rides, looking at the sea creatures in the Shark Bait aquarium or experiencing a short Ice Age film in the 4D cinema. The second group of students went to Drayton Manor. This theme park has lots of roller coasters and water rides to go on, a 4D cinema to watch a short film and even a zoo and wildlife conservation area to go and visit!
