Week 4 day 4

This afternoon, we went to the leisure centre. Today, we had the choice of either rounders, swimming or badminton.  

In the evening, we had an options night. Tonight we got to choose from playing football, computers, board games or making loom bands!!!

Week 4 day 3

This afternoon, we all went on a trip. One group went to Stratford upon Avon, where we got to visit the birthplace and home of William Shakespeare and learn all about his life. The second group went to Nottingham to visit the 'Galleries of Justice'; a historic crime and punishment museum and tour based at an old courthouse and jail. We got to see what life was like hundreds of years ago if you broke the law and how the courthouse and jail used to belong to the Sheriff of Nottingham but is now the UK's most haunted building. 

In the evening, we were all put into teams and had a quiz night. In our groups, we had to answer questions on various categories including English culture, general knowledge, sports... The winners were group 6 with 70 points!! Congratulations, you will get your prizes on friday at the disco!!

Week 4 day 2

This afternoon, we all went to the leisure centre to play some sports. In the evening, we had an options night. The activities we could choice from tonight were a big team game of volleyball, computers, board games or cake making - which got very messy, but was a lot of fun!
