On Saturday, all of the students who arrived two weeks ago travelled to London for a day of expiration and sight seeing in our famous capital city. The students took a boat tour past the Shard and under Tower Bridge, then disembarked for a walking tour past the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus and then enjoyed free time in Trafalgar Square. The longer term students also travelled to London, however got to visit the Science Museum instead.
On Sunday, some students visited Alton Towers for a day of fun-filled adventure and adrenaline, screaming and loving famous and thrilling rides such as Oblivion, Nemesis and Galactica, and getting getting soaking wet in the sun on the log flumes and wild water rapids. The rest of the students travelled to visit the famous Roman baths from which the city takes it's name, then we got some free time to look around and shop for last minute presents to take home to remember our time at Brooke House and in England!
